Our Story

SiftScore was born out of necessity. Our journey began in 2017 with a focus on delivering extraordinary value through consulting. Over the next five years, our executive recruiting business grew rapidly, helping Private Equity firms secure top-tier talent. However, as our business expanded, we encountered a persistent challenge: the tedious and time-consuming process of researching and sourcing niche sectors and candidates.

We used multiple disparate systems—LinkedIn Recruiter, PitchBook, ZoomInfo, and many others—to find the right talent. The process was exhausting, often requiring hours to days of manually reviewing candidate profiles. We knew there had to be a better way—one that would allow us to scan an entire market or niche sector for specific candidates, score their backgrounds for relevance, and instantly surface only the most qualified target profiles.

To solve this problem, we built a solution for ourselves, and it revolutionized our sourcing. We quickly realized that we weren’t alone—this was a major pain point for others in the industry as well.

This realization led us to turn our internal tool into a managed service, offering the same benefits to other firms struggling with the same inefficiencies. But we didn’t stop there. In 2024, we launched SiftScore as a fully automated SaaS solution—the first of its kind to combine all those disparate systems into a single, powerful platform. Now, our clients can effortlessly scan markets, score candidate or company relevance, and instantly see the people or companies who matter most.

Our mission remains clear: to eliminate the tedious tasks and deliver exceptional value by empowering our clients with the tools they need to find the right talent or target companies quickly and efficiently.
